Jesse Fletcher, Town Clerk. Three selectmen, 1st Jesse Fletcher, 2nd Jonas Hadley, 3d Elihue Ives. Town Treasurer, Josiah Fletcher. Constable Simeon Reed. Issac Powers, David Lewis, Jonas Holden Listers. Joseph Greene, Leather Sealer. Thomas Bixby, Pound Keeper. John Hadley, Grand Jurerman. William Caldwell, Tithingman. David Bixby, Fence viewer. Wiliam Caldwell, Silas Proctor, Levi Bixby, Nathanel Pingrey, Simeon Reed, Surveyors of Highways. John Hadley, Sealer of Weights and Measures."
Question to be answered: Is this the same Isaac Powers? If so, then he and David Lewis, a paternal ancestor, were together for the first meeting of the town of Ludlow.
